BethelCare provides Host Home, Day Program, Community Connector, Supported Employment, and Children’s Residential (CHRP) services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Colorado.
Residential
Host Homes are family-style living settings where providers open their doors to welcome individuals into a safe, caring home and offer personalized, around-the-clock support to help them thrive.
Children’s Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP)
We offer A safe, nurturing residential program providing 24/7 care and structured support for children and youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Community Connector Services
We provide Community Connector Services to help individuals stay connected with their community and engage in meaningful social, recreational, and vocational activities.
Non-Medical Transportation
We offer Non-Medical Transportation services to help individuals living in the community access necessary appointments, social activities, and other destinations. Our transportation services ensure that individuals can maintain independence and participate in their daily lives.
Supported Employment
Helping individuals prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment through personalized job coaching and ongoing support
Community Living
Bethelcare leverages its vast network of qualified host homes and providers to create a safe, secure, and supportive environment for individuals to live a happy and fulfilled life. Our services include community integration, medication administration, assistance with medical providers, education and advocacy, daily living support, skill development, and more.
Host Home Provider Application
Becoming a Host Home Provider with Bethelcare is a deeply rewarding experience. Providers create a supportive and nurturing environment, helping individuals with IDD by assisting with personal care, meals, medical appointments, and community involvement. We pride ourselves on matching each person with a provider whose lifestyle aligns with their needs.
Host Home Providers are independent contractors who receive monthly payments for their services. Providers are expected to offer a separate bedroom for the individual, reliable transportation, and to document the care and activities they provide.
Bethelcare provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure the success of our Host Home Providers. We are currently seeking providers with the following qualifications:
- Providers with wheelchair-accessible homes
- Providers with single-story/ranch homes
- Providers with medical knowledge or experience
