Becoming a Host Home Provider with Bethelcare is a deeply rewarding experience. Providers create a supportive and nurturing environment, helping individuals with IDD by assisting with personal care, meals, medical appointments, and community involvement. We pride ourselves on matching each person with a provider whose lifestyle aligns with their needs.
Host Home Providers are independent contractors who receive monthly payments for their services. Providers are expected to offer a separate bedroom for the individual, reliable transportation, and to document the care and activities they provide.
Bethelcare provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure the success of our Host Home Providers. We are currently seeking providers with the following qualifications:
- Providers with wheelchair-accessible homes
- Providers with single-story/ranch homes
- Providers with medical knowledge or experience
If you’re interested in becoming a Host Home Provider, Bethelcare offers one of the best programs available, ensuring that each individual can design their own person-centered plan to maximize independence and maintain health and safety.
